Responsibilities: 

 

• Prepare, review and analyze period-end financial statements and financial ratios.

• Develop, maintain, and analyze company’s budgets; prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

• Plan and perform financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with the annual internal audit plan.

• Analyze company’s operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, or maintain solutions to business and financial problems.

• Prepare and examine financial records to ensure taxes are paid properly and timely.

• Assist in payroll processing and verification to ensure payrolls are processed accurately and timely.

 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.

• 6 months experience as an Accountant.

• Proficient in using Quickbook.

• Able to prepare, review, and analyze financial statement and ratios using advanced excel visualization, VBA, Python, and SQL.
